How do you define success?
Think of the people you consider to be successful – most likely they are still working every day at getting better at what they love, even though they probably surpassed the objective level of ‘successful’ a long time ago.
Success is a moving target, the constant struggle to accomplish more today than than I was able to yesterday. It is the feeling of fulfillment I get when I accomplish one of my goals. The way I see it, if I’m not moving forward, I’m [at best] stuck in place – a sitting duck waiting for others to pass me by.

How would you define success?
To me success is about growth. If you are continuously working to better yourself you will always find success. I’ve learned to embrace being uncomfortable because I know that’s the only way I will grow. The second I start feeling complacent I know I am not working hard enough. Success is not quitting when facing adversity; to challenge yourself knowing that win or lose you will grow from it.
I am a motivational speaker on a mission to inspire people to achieve their own definition of success and reach the highest level of personal success and happiness.
