Saving Innocence - Charity #3 of the 2019 Giving Challenge

Month #3 is here which means it’s SHOWTIME! For the month of March we are going to be raising money for Saving Innocence.
 
Before we dive in, let’s look back at the first two months:

• Cystic Fibrosis - $620
• Thirst Project - $110

 
In total, we’ve had over 30 donors and a few repeat people. Shoutout to those of you who are making a monthly contribution to the Giving Challenge

 So how did we decide on Saving Innocence for March? Just like the first two months, it came from a relationship that has been growing since I was 12 years old playing baseball in Cooperstown, NY. One of my best friends’ dads is now the Executive Director of Saving Innocence and since the Giving Challenge is about bringing communities of people together for a greater purpose, I thought this was a great time to support Saving Innocence.
 
Also, Saving Innocence came highly recommended from my great friend Katy who actually inspired a portion of Kelf Key #4 in Elevate Your Network.
 
To take it one step further, I will be attending my first charity gala this weekend for Saving Innocence as a guest of the organization, so I thought this would be the perfect charity to celebrate for the month of March.
