My 12-Month Journey: Guaranteed to Make You Laugh, Have Fun and Break Out of Your Comfort Zone

​In response to people always telling me what they wish they could do, but never do it, I am creating “My 12- Month Journey.” Every month for the year of 2016 I am going to be taking up an extracurricular activity ranging from tango to learning how to speak Chinese. The activity will be something that is either out of my comfort zone or something that I have always wanted to do but claimed I never had the time to do it. The goal of this is experiment is to inspire people to pursue their passions, break out of their comfort zones and show that you can do it even with a busy schedule.

Throughout every month I will be posting on social media and providing updates along the way, so you can track the progress. I will also be posting videos here and there for you to enjoy, laugh at, or share with your friends!

​These experiences are supposed to be challenging, but also extremely fun and rewarding. To think I will be able to dance like Ben Stiller in Along Came Polly or learn how to fight like the Israeli Defense Forces is pretty amazing. I encourage all of you to participate along the way whether its by joining one of my activities or doing your own activity. The more people involved, the more fun it is for everyone!
 
Now for the best part. At the end of each activity, I will have to complete some sort of final challenge which will test all of the skills/ knowledge I learned. Some will be extremely difficult while others might not be. I would love for all of you to follow me and join me on this adventure, as this will be an experience to remember.
 
By the time this experiment is over, I will know the basics of Krav Maga, hip-hop dancing, cooking, Chinese, and much more.
